We want you to love your BeautyBio order. If you are not completely satisfied, please start a return here within 30 days of purchase for any skincare, GLOfacial Products or GloPRO Products. We will provide return authorization and mailing information. Refunds are issued once the return order has been received and inspected. All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 10 business days of receipt. If Redo returns coverage was purchased at checkout return shipping will be covered. Otherwise, return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount. All shipping fees are non-refundable . *Due to changes in our operations resulting from the impact of COVID-19, we might experience some delays while processing returns or replacements. If you have any questions regarding your return please email info@beautybio.com. Please note: We are not responsible for any lost or damaged products during shipping. We encourage a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns.

Once you initiate a return, you have14 days to ship your item back to us. If the return isn’t shipped within that 14-day window, the return request will be automatically canceled, and you’ll need to start the return process again—as long as you're still within our 30-day return period.

Orders will be processed within 48-72 hours of receipt (processing time does not include weekends or federal holidays). All orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following Monday. All orders with expedited shipping must be placed by 1PM EST in order to be processed same day. All orders placed after 1PM EST will be processed the next business day.
