Returns

We want you to love your BeautyBio order. If you are not completely satisfied, please start a return within 30 days of purchase for any skincare or GLOfacial products and within 60 days of purchase of a GloPRO®. We will provide return authorization and mailing information. Refunds are issued once the return order has been received and inspected. All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 10 business days of receipt. If Redo returns coverage was purchased at checkout return shipping will be covered. Otherwise, return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount. All shipping fees are non-refundable . *Due to changes in our operations resulting from the impact of COVID-19, we might experience some delays while processing returns or replacements. If you have any questions regarding your return please email info@beautybio.com. Please note: We are not responsible for any lost or damaged products during shipping. We encourage a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns.
