  2. Apply Bright Eyes gels to clean, dry skin under each eye. Leave on for 10–15 minutes, then gently remove and tap in remaining serum.
  3. Shake Perfecting Blendrops SPF 46 vigorously before use – alone or mix with your favorite moisturizer or foundation with your fingertips, a makeup brush, or a beauty sponge, and blend onto skin.
