MICRONEEDLING

Microneedling is the process of using needles to create imperceptible micro-channels in the epidermis. This process vertically exfoliates the skin for a firmer, smoother appearance.
The most popular target areas are on the face (forehead, cheeks, chin), neck and décolleté, and body (buttocks, thighs, abdomen and arms). The only place we don’t microneedle is on sensitive, compromised skin, which includes eyelids, open wounds, active acne (anything that’s causing broken skin) and raised surfaces like moles.
We recommend microneedling at night for 60 seconds, 3x a week, however you can definitely GloPRO® more (even every day if desired). We roll at night to allow our skin time to rejuvenate in conjunction with our body’s natural reparative cycle. Plus, skin can be flushed and sensitive post-microneedling, so this allows our faces time to sleep it off.
Not at all! GloPRO® Microneedling Regeneration Tool was designed with needles of a certain density, shape and length so that it is a completely painless experience. The texture of the MicroTip™ Attachment Head combined with the microcurrent stimulation creates a gentle tingling sensation that’s totally addictive.

GloPRO® has four interchangeable MicroTip™ attachment heads of various sizes and needle lengths that can be used to treat concerns from cellulite to fine line reduction. Each MicroTip™ is designed for the specific skin densities all over our bodies:
  • GloPRO® EYE MicroTip™ - 0.3mm in length 240 needles
  • GloPRO® BODY MicroTip™ - 0.5mm in length, 1680 needles
  • GloPRO® LIP MicroTip™ - 0.2mm in length, 240 needles
  • GloPRO® FACE MicroTip™ - 0.3mm in length, 540 needles
Before using GloPRO®, clean the skin and target areas with a GloPRO® Skin Prep Pad (strong enough to remove any invisible gunk remaining on the skin). You can follow use of GloPRO® with nutrient rich serums and oils, including vitamin A, to help restore skin's bounce and glow.
We think of it this way – microdermabrasion is a traditional horizontal exfoliation, while microneedling is a new type of vertical exfoliation. Microdermabrasion horizontally removes the outermost layer of dry, dead skin cells. Microneedling creates vertical micro-channels in the skin.
Yes! You can use GloPRO® in conjunction with Botox and fillers. Botox lives within the muscle while GloPRO® stimulates the above layer of skin. In fact, a lot of people use GloPRO® in lieu of Botox. However, we do recommend consulting with your dermatologist for a personal treatment recommendation.
Yes! Unlike Botox or retinol, GloPRO® is one of the only things you can use while pregnant because it’s 100% ingredient-free. GloPRO® doesn’t introduce a synthetical topical into your system, instead it stimulates skin to boost collagen production.
Yes! When using any highly active products in conjunction with GloPRO, perform a small patch test on skin.
The red LED light indicates GloPRO is working its magic.
GloPRO is battery-operated and comes with two pre-installed AAA batteries. The cord is provided for your convenience in the event the batteries die. The batteries are replaceable, not rechargeable. Use the cord provided to power GloPRO until you are able to replace the batteries.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

All of our ingredient and cosmetic products are made in the US with one exception of our Bright Eyes Gels. The Colloidal Silver within Bright Eyes Gels is naturally harvested in a specific region of China.
Each product has an optimal “use by after opening” date denoted by a PAO symbol. The “M” stands for months. Use product within this timeframe to reap the maximum benefits. The Protector and The Perfector are both sunscreens, and their FDA-required expiration dates are printed in DD/MM/YYYY format on the packaging.
We do not test our products or ingredients on animals at any point in our production process. Our ingredients are not tested on animals by our suppliers, nor do we have third parties test on animals on our behalf.

Electrical and electronic equipment (EEE) contains materials, components and substances that may be hazardous and present a risk to human health and the environment when waste and electronic equipment (WEEE) is not handled correctly.

Equipment marked with the below crossed-out wheeled bin is EEE. The crossed-out wheeled bin symbol indicates that WEEE should not be discarded together with unseparated household waste, but must be collected separately.

Users of EEE must not discard WEEE together with household waste. Users must follow local recycling regulations to reduce adverse environmental impacts in connection with disposal of WEEE and to increase opportunities for reuse, recycling and recovery of WEEE.

Where possible, used products should have batteries removed to allow for those batteries to be recycled.

Our fulfillment center processes orders very quickly, but we’ll do our best to process your request.Please note: Orders are processed within 24 business hours and shipped the next business day. We ship Monday – Friday, excluding all U.S. National Holidays.
If you received a product different from the one that you ordered, we apologize. Contact us at info@beautybio.com, and we’ll be sure to get you the BeautyBio products you ordered so you can #GetGLOwing in no time.
If your package was damaged during shipment, save the box and merchandise and notify us immediately at info@beautybio.com. We will send a prepaid shipping label to you so the package can be shipped back to us, and we will inspect the damage as soon as it arrives. Any damaged items will be replaced.
If your package is missing, please have a look around the delivery site to see if it was tucked away out of sight when shipped. If the package is still not found, the customer is responsible for filing a claim with the shipping courier. This process can take up to 6 business days and we appreciate your patience in the matter. In order to expedite the package recovery, please call us at 1.877.945.5274 with the order number and any other relevant information. Unfortunately, we cannot replace packages until they have been confirmed missing.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

We want you to love your BeautyBio order. If you are not completely satisfied, please send an email with your order reference number to info@beautybio.com within 30 days of purchase for any skincare products and within 60 days of purchase of a GloPRO®. We will provide return authorization and mailing information. Refunds are issued once the return order has been received and inspected. All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 10 business days of receipt, less an $8.00 fee for handling charges. All shipping fees are non-refundable. *Due to changes in our operations resulting from the impact of COVID-19, we might experience some delays while processing returns or replacements. If you have any questions regarding your return please email info@beautybio.com.Please note: We are not responsible for any lost or damaged products during shipping. We encourage a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns.
BeautyBio ships to the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom at this time. We are currently unable to ship to U.S. Territories and P.O. Boxes. We look forward to expanding our shipping to more of our international babes in the future.*International Shipping: BeautyBio offers international shipping to Canada and the United Kingdom through our partnership with Zonos. When placing an international order, you will be charged shipping, duties and taxes at the point of checkout.
We are happy to offer free standard ground shipping on all orders over $75 dollars, excluding taxes, and after any promotional discounts are applied when shipping within the contiguous USA. If your order does not exceed $75, we offer three shipping methods:Standard (5 – 7 business days): $10Second Day (3 – 6 business days): $25Overnight (1 – 3 business days): $35
Please note due to safeguards in place to protect our distribution center employees, and high holiday order volume, shipments will be delayed 24-48 hours in addition to transportation time. Orders will be processed within 24-36 hours of receipt (processing time does not include weekends or federal holidays). All orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following Monday. All orders with expedited shipping must be placed by 1PM EST in order to be processed same day. All orders placed after 1PM EST will be processed the next business day.
Any skincare products or tools purchased, new or used, from 3rd party retailers must be returned to that specific retailer.
Once your order is processed and put in the mail, you’ll receive an email notification with a direct link to your UPS, FedEx or USPS tracking number. From there, you can check your order’s progress every step of the way.
